Privacy Policy

This policy covers Jazzy Matchy 8s(the “game”, Android package space.smereski.matching8s), published by David Smereski (“we”, “us”). It explains what the game does and does not collect, in the browser and on Android.

The game has no accounts and asks for no personal information — no name, no email, no login. Your game progress, settings, unlocked content, high scores, and secrets are stored only on your device(in the browser version, inside this browser’s local storage). Nothing is sent to us.

The Android app shows ads through Google AdMob: an occasional interstitial between games, and rewarded ads you choose to watch for a second chance. To serve them, Google’s advertising SDK may collect and process a device advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID), approximate device and usage information (device model, OS version, coarse region, ad interaction events), and data used to limit repeated ads and measure ad performance. We do not control and do not separately store this data; Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.

The browser version shows no ads and loads no advertising SDK.

The game is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads on Android are served through Google AdMob under its family-safe ad policies where applicable.

We do not sell or share your personal data. The only third party involved is Google AdMob on Android, and only for advertising, as described above.

You can reset or delete the Android Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings (“Delete advertising ID” / “Opt out of Ads Personalization”). You can clear all local game data at any time via FACTORY RESET in the game’s Options screen, by uninstalling the app, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
